We were recently called out to Woodstock West Retirement Village for leak detection and repairs in Bunbury. The village consisted of 130 seperate houses.
The electronic water metre on the peroperty was showing that 9 litres of water being used during the night while everyone was sleeping. This alarmed the owners, prompting them to contact us and have a leak test carried out.
We arrived to site to locate all of the pipework and the valve locations on a ring main.
After isolating each of the 130 homes, we determined that there were 5 leaking valves underground in boxes feeding the property’s lush garden from underneath.
We then carried out the repairs of all of the valves and reinstated the water for customer.
